The device applies the spliced unit heat transfer blocks. The heat transfer blocks are sealed via teflon O-ring or inflated PTFE.
The pressure spring is installed on the device as a whole to serve as
the automatic compensation mechanism for thermal expansion.

Structure and characteristics
Rectangular block and hole graphite heat exchanger consists of rectangular graphite end socket, graphite heat transfer and the sheet gasket. It is high in structural strength and resistance. The water-end side plate is iron plate or carbon steel plate that is easy to be checked and installed and can be made into two-way anti-corrosion structure. This equipment can be used as heater and condenser. Its material flow contains one to four procedures and more.

Structure and characteristics
The upper part of the round cellular graphite sulfuric acid dilution cooling unit is for the mixing,dilution and distribution of concentrated acid and desalted water, and the lower and middle part is for cooling and is connected with the round cellular graphite cooler. The type of machine proves to be the most advanced device adopting sulphuric acid technology. It can dilute concentrated sulfuric acid (98%) to 50-60% and cool the sulfuric acid to the required temperature in the same device.
